Study Blend (diffuse)                                                 Wake Up! (diffuse)

  • 2 drops peppermint                                      Grapefruit, lemon, orange, citrus blends
  • 2 drops cinnamon
  • 1 drop rosemary
"Liquid Xanax"                                               ADHD
  •  25 drops lavender                                        40 drops lavender
  • 15 drops valor                                              40 drops cedar wood
  • 10 drops vetiver                                           20 drops vetiver
  • 10 drops grapefruit                                       Diffuse or layer each oil                                 
  • 10 drops joy                                                 under the big toe.  Rub on the back of neck.
  • 5 drops release                                             Apply on wrists and rub together.
  • 5 drops cedar wood
Put in 5ml bottle with roller ball and fill with carrier oil.  Roll on wrists, inner elbow, back of neck, bottom of feet, temples, behind ears, and on shoulders as needed.
